BEET Beans Cameroon

Whole-fruit, fully-traceable Cameroonian cocoa.

A single origin story — farm, family, forest-positive — carried consistently across food, cosmetics and by-products.

  • Husk
  • Pulp
  • Beans

To become Central Africa's leading fully integrated, traceable and sustainable cocoa company — turning every part of the cocoa fruit into value, and putting a Cameroonian-origin chocolate brand on shelves at home and abroad.

Our vision

Our mission

Process where we grow

Turn beans into liquor, butter, powder and finished goods in Cameroon, capturing the value usually made after the raw bean leaves the farm.

Valorise the whole fruit

Beans, pulp, pod husk and shell all become products — cutting waste and turning a cost into a second revenue stream.

Guarantee full traceability

Every batch traces back to a geolocated plot, meeting EUDR due diligence and the standards premium buyers expect.

Raise farmer incomes

Fair farmgate pricing, agronomy support and a direct route to market for the cooperatives who supply us.

Our story

Africa grows around 70% of the world's cocoa, yet captures only a small share of its value — most of it is created after the raw bean leaves the farm. Cameroon, the world's 5th-largest producer, ground a record 109,431 tonnes domestically in 2024/25, proof that more value can be captured at origin.

BEET Beans Cameroon exists to capture more of that value at home: processing beans into liquor, butter, powder and finished chocolate rather than exporting raw beans; turning pod husk and pulp into new products instead of waste; and guaranteeing the plot-level traceability export markets now require.

None of it works without the farmers and cooperatives who grow the beans. Fair farmgate pricing, agronomy support and a transparent route to market are how we make sure the value we capture reaches the people closest to the crop.
