Sets overall strategy, owns investor relations and represents the company with regulators and partners.
Head of Operations & Processing
Runs primary processing and quality control, from bean intake through liquor, butter, powder and cake production.
Agronomy & Sourcing Lead
Works directly with supplying cooperatives on plot registration, farmgate pricing and agronomy support.
Commercial & Brand Lead
Owns the wholesale and retail go-to-market, from export buyers to the BEET Beans Cameroon consumer brand.
Finance & Compliance Lead
Owns ONCC/CICC registration, EUDR due diligence, certifications and financial controls.
Digital & E-commerce Lead
Runs the wholesale and retail platforms, including the traceability and farmer-portal tools.
